What is your role at SteriValves?

I joined SteriValves a year ago as a maternity cover in the role of sales assistant, and later took on the management of my own client portfolio across America and parts of Europe. With 17 years of experience in a leading German multinational in the HVAC sector, I have a strong background in customer care, bringing valuable expertise to every client interaction.

Tell us about your job, what do you like most?

I’m passionate about building genuine relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs, and providing tailored solutions that truly make a difference. I highly appreciate the collaborative environment within my team, where synergies contribute to achieving the best outcomes. Managing client portfolios and ensuring their satisfaction is a rewarding challenge that motivates me every day.
