What is your role in SteriValves?

I have been a part of the SteriValves team since 2019, following a 6-month internship as a polisher after
completing my professional studies at the Giorgi Technical and Professional Institute. Over the years, I have taken on various roles in the logistics field, ranging from goods acceptance to dealing with shipments and warehouse
assembly. I handle the incoming goods from suppliers or customers, as well as internally produced items. I oversee
both the qualitative and quantitative aspects, recording data and conducting functional and leak tests. My expertise is crucial in determining the conformity of items, ensuring that only high-quality products proceed to the next phase of the production cycle.

What do you like about your job?

I am a precise and organized person, dedicated to ensuring excellent results. My passion for optimizing logistic processes is reflected in the careful management of my activities in the warehouse, enabling swift and seamless movement of goods. A proficient logistics professional must be able to identify issues, analyze them, and promptly find effective solutions. Logistics often demands teamwork, and positive collaboration with others is essential. I consider myself collaborative and firmly believe in the importance of communication across different areas to effectively coordinate the various steps of my work.

What do you think is the strength of SteriValves?

The friendly atmosphere consistently enhances our daily work. My role necessitates constant communication
between different departments and the management of various sectors, enabling me to fully grasp the company
dynamics and communicate effectively with colleagues. This ongoing challenge and the opportunity to actively
collaborate with other departments bring me immense professional satisfaction. SteriValves’ collaborative culture
not only enhances the quality of our work but also strengthens our sense of belonging to a cohesive group.
