How long have you been working for SteriValves?

I joined Sterivalves in 2012 as Warehouse Manager. I already had many years of experience in this function gained in multinational companies always in the engineering industry. In SteriValves I mainly deal with warehouse layout, from goods entry and control to acceptance, from the placement of individual items for assembly and shipment to the internal workshop for processing and shipment of packages ready for customers , as well as the organization of the inventory.

Tell us about your job, what do you like best?

I am a precise and organized person and certainly these characteristics are helpful in my work. My role in fact requires practicality, systematization and readiness. Moreover, being able to rely on a close-knit team facilitates the coordination of the various phases of work ensuring the achievement of the objectives.

What do you think is the strength of SteriValves?

Surely the possibility that the company gives its employees to follow the training necessary for the continuous development of their skills through refresher courses related to both the specific job and health and safety. In addition, language and communication courses are periodically organized that allow us to learn things within moments of discussion and sharing among all colleagues. This is very challenging and allows us to grow both as a team and personally.
