Bruna Martimiano
How long have you been in SteriValves?

I joined the Sales Team 4 months ago as a Sales Assistant for the Western Anglo-Hispanic area. I support colleagues in the various back office and customer service activities for the management of orders, assistance with quotes, sending documentation, data entry, document and digital archiving, database and e-mail handling. I
have already attended an international processing trade fair in Germany. As a native Brazilian speaker, I also do translations of Portuguese texts and simultaneous translation during meetings with clients.

What are the aspects you like most about your role?

Surely the passion for languages that I transfer in daily tasks and the direct contact with the customers. My training starts from a language high school and I am currently enrolled at the University of Languages in Pisa. Moreover, my previous work experiences have led me to a daily interaction with people that particularly gratifies me. I am also a person who is able to have selfmanagement and autonomy in the various tasks and for all these aspects I have integrated well into the role. Finally, the environment that welcomed me is familiar and I like the team work.

What is the most challenging part of your daily back office?

Surely the technical part is a challenge that I find interesting, a starting point to learn more about the field of bulk solid pharmaceutical handling and the various customers cases. I hope I can add this new expertise through training and daily support in the Sales Area. I also like to travel so I hope I can always have new opportunities to get to know customers and the pharma processing sector directly.
