What is your role in SteriValves?
I have been part of the Sales Team at SteriValves since 2022, and my role involves managing all back-office activities related to the Italian and Asian markets. This includes preparing offers, managing orders and shipments, providing technical support to customers, ensuring pre- and post-sales assistance, and handling complaints. My educational background includes a degree in Language Mediation in Spanish and English, as well as a one-year Erasmus program in Spain, which helped me to develop my language skills. Additionally, I have five years of experience working in the Sales Department of a cosmetic company, where I also handled billing and invoicing.
What do you like about your job?
What I like most about my job is the entire process that I follow, from preparing the offer to the arrival of the order. Our computer system boasts an organized and precise process with fluid workflows, and as a detail-oriented person, I find that I am well-suited for this role.I believe that excellent customer service is the key to building longlasting relationships with clients. That’s why I always strive to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service, from the moment they contact us to the resolution of any issues they may have. Our team is committed to providing timely and effective solutions to any problems that may arise, and we are always looking for ways to improve our service.
What do you think is the strength of SteriValves?
One of the key strengths of SteriValves is its commitment to fostering professional growth and development among its employees. I am interested in the technical aspects of the company and the opportunities it provides for gaining a more in-depth knowledge and I feel that my role is a good opportunity for me to develop and expand my skills in this field. I hope to be able to contribute positively to the company, while also learning and growing as a professionaI.
