That is why we decided to improve our technical documentation management (essential for the validation and installation of our products in a system) making it available from any device at any time.
We took our first step a few years ago, when we decided not to use paper anymore. That decision lead us
not only to save time and costs, but also to move closer towards a more eco-sustainable approach.
Since now on, Sterivalves digital technical documentation is available through links and QR codes, therefore:
- It can be downloaded from any device
- It is directly accessible without password
- It is available at any time
New settings automatically allow access and management of your files in an autonomous, quick and, of course, confidential way.
How does it work
Once your purchase order is ready, a custom link is sent to your email to view and download the technical documentation files.
The QR code is printed on your invoice and related shipping documents, allowing documents to be easily downloaded while scanning the code.
This allows technical documentation to be accessible at any time.
If you do not have the possibility of accessing the link, we continue offering the standard procedure we have been using until now (we send a message to your email with the documentation file attached).
